Hi, I’m Lisa! I am a space-holder supporting women to reconnect with themselves, their energy, and the way they move through life.
My work blends life coaching, nervous system support, ceremonial cacao, and gentle transformational practices – creating spaces where women can feel safe to soften, release pressure, and reconnect with their truth.
Right now, I am navigating my own challenging health journey, which has deepened my work even further – and I hope brings a level of honesty, compassion, and realness through what I share that allows women to feel really seen and supported.
